Someone is using my name in an attempt to scam people. I am not now nor have I ever been looking for any kind of assistant. I certainly wouldn't ever ask anyone to cash a check to me or to make a Western Union payment to anyone else (especially not someone in Manilla!). This is a classic Fake Check scam. Learn more about that at www.fakechecks.org. If you've been in contact with this person, please report them ASAP!

When I got my 20D, I couldn't wait to try my hand at shooting fireworks.
I'm not much into baseball really, but I am very into fireworks.
I love going to baseball games to see the fireworks.
I'm a little out of practice. I forgot to bring my remote shutter release. So all of these shots were done with my hand on the camera (which was on a tripod of course).
My goal with these shots was to get a little more sense of the size of the fireworks by getting part of the stadium in the shot.
This year i wanted to try something a bit different. My wife, my brother-in-law David, and I decided to go to the opening day game of the Rainers.
