Mike Lane > This is a very Tacoma Scene.  I've shot pictures in the same spot, but this is by far my favorite.  This is a picture of the Tacoma Glass Museum with the 21st Street Bridge in the background and the moon behind that.  Mt. Rainier is just out of frame to the left.

Mike Lane > I'm a little out of practice.  I forgot to bring my remote shutter release.  So all of these shots were done with my hand on the camera (which was on a tripod of course).
Mike Lane > My goal with these shots was to get a little more sense of the size of the fireworks by getting part of the stadium in the shot.
Mike Lane > This year i wanted to try something a bit different.  My wife, my brother-in-law David, and I decided to go to the opening day game of the Rainers.
